Tomorrow is the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. It feels as though it was yesterday and I was sitting in my 3rd grade New Jersey classroom, where we heard the roar and felt the shaking of 1 of the planes fly over us so very low as it approached New York City. I as well as no American who is capable of remembering as far back as 11 years ago will ever forget the tragic events and the countless lives that were lost in an apparent attack on America. Rest in peace to all of the victims, from the World Trade Centers, the Pentagon, those who heroically battled the terrorists on United Flight 93 and all of the men and women who lost their lives fighting to survive. Your strength will continue to live through us as a country and as individuals.

Anonymous asked: where are your diet plans?
Sorry, I have been away on vacation & haven’t been able to update anything. My diet plan for now isn’t up on my site yet, just ways to enhance your protein in take & why you should stay away from sugary foods and what not. I will be updating as soon as I can though.
There are many different types of “strong.” Whether it be mentally, physically, emotionally, or even all 3, they’re all import. This is Ashley, she’s currently battling brain cancer (tumor), after having lost her sister in December also to brain cancer. Watch it & subscribe to her, it’s touching & very moving — show her some support, she is MORE than deserving of this for how strong she is. KEEP FIGHTING.
